Durden Risk Management are consultants to BCIS, the Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
BCIS provides independent, authoritative and expert advice through online services, publications, consultancy and research. In the UK, BCIS has been the central repository for rebuilding cost information and house rebuilding cost inflation statistics for the last 30 years and has enjoyed a relationship with the ABI for the same period of time.
BCIS has developed a range of domestic rebuilding cost solutions for the insurance industry and are currently in the process of developing similar solutions in connection with commercial properties.
